Jim Goad, according to Greg Johnson in his powerful memoir posted this afternoon (July 19), was “America’s greatest satirical journalist since H. L. Mencken.” Jim declined to be categorized, but he was a significant objective asset to the Dissident Right, opponents to the ideological hegemony of what we seem to have decided to call Gay Race Communism. (OK by me). Both his life and his death were hard. All of the VDARE.com family extends our condolences to his loved ones.
In 2020, I interviewed Jim as part of our new Social Distancing video series, started at the urging of the indefatigable Paul Kersey (who is also the moving spirit of our current Tuesday night Life In The Alien Nation X Space series e.g. here).
Subsequently the Social Distancing videos were all nuked, without any warning, by the Tech Totalitarians at YouTube in their drive to elect Biden.
But our heroic videographer retrieved this copy.
