Well, it's not bad news. Given all the Republicans losses when it comes to prosecuting clearly guilty Democrats like Comey, it seems it will be an uphill fight. If I learned anything from the O.J. Simpson trial, it's that jury composition is the most crucial. A close second is the judge, in O.J.'s trial Lance Ito was terrible. He tried to be so fair that he tipped the balance in the defendant's favor.
Did the Republicans learn from this? It doesn't appear so yet.
