Hello Peter, I was relieved you didn't mean the SCrOTUS had upheld the whole enchilada. I guess that decision is coming soon. I'm not hopeful, not with 3 pieces of diversity, 4 women total, and then old blackmailed John Roberts.

There’s no reason SCOTUS can’t rule BC unconstitutional in this decision. If so, they can simply rule Trump’s EO redundant.
