The SPLC has been indicted for 6 counts of wire fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1343) & 4 counts of false statements to a federally insured bank (18 U.S.C. § 1014)

These charges will be extremely difficult to defeat, as chillingly laid out in the early part of Notes on a non-profit indicted for bank fraud https://www.bitsaboutmoney.com/archive/nonprofit-indicted-bank-fraud/ (Bits about Money May 1st, 2026.)

An excellent and thorough analysis of the corruption factory that is the SPLC. I am taking the liberty of attaching a long piece I very recently did for the National Legal and Policy Center on the subject, albeit from a different angle. Hope the readers like this, too.

Oh yes! Both are _revelatory_. I hope no one forgot how those Jews employed a gay man who defends! (defended) NAMBLA.

Great stuff. It was always a puzzle as to why the State of Alabama itself didn't pursuit the SPLC's obvious and blatant fraud. It has done so only recently following the federal indictments. You may have covered the reason(s) behind the state inaction, and I may have missed them by not reading the linked materials. There were numerous prerequisites for the state to investigate earlier. For example, the now-defunct Klanwatch, once a pillar of the SPLC, was exposed as doing everything now alleged outside of the bank and wire fraud. More recently, domestic terrorists were found on its payroll. All of these potential crimes were known to the state as well as to the feds.

It is widely believed payola was used to bribe "journalists" either to keep quiet or more commonly to push hate crime hoaxes and other stories to encourage donations. This needs to be made public if so. Further, the "non-profit" almost certainly circumvented campaign finance law. As you point out, the wire fraud and bank regulation violations are a lay-up and as a result open the door to digging further via discovery or new investigations of potential additional crimes.

"In contrast, as recently as 2018, there only three Black [sic] members out of 13 and at least eight members appeared to be Jewish" That may be the public face but jews are certainly still pulling the strings of this anti-White hate group.

I guess we'll find out. https://adflegal.org/article/truth-about-morris-dees-and-splc/ points out "From 1980 to 2000, the SPLC formerly claimed to have 17 “landmark cases.” From 2000 to today, it boasted just three, with the latest one as far back as 2016." so they have slowed down.

As a long time observer, I am shocked they have openly invaded the "Endowment Fund". The Financials for the years ending 10-31-2025 are a bit late. I am looking forward to them!
