Every report after that focused on the organized torch carrying group, then the street confrontations, then the vehicle assault. Afterwards in news coverage, the presence of black-clad protesters was minimized. Then days later WH press pool went after Trump and misquoted him drastically. So much evil. And when it was seized upon by my old boss, Joe Biden, the plot revealed itself.
Properly handled, as Lydia points out, Discovery could be a disaster for the $PLC.
My fear is that acting is that Acting AG Todd Blanche will throw the case, as Sam Antar says he did with the Letitia James litigation. His grandstanding emphasis at the Press conference on the payments to KKK &c is a peculiar distracting irrelevance. The dreadful Bank Fraud laws are quite enough to sink them.
