Peter Brimelow, I regret holding out a blackpill, but this was inevitable. Also, you and VDARE will get no justice from the circuit court.

Here's what I personally experienced. When cases are matters of political ideology, the lawyer scum who wear robes (judges) are all CORRUPT...ALWAYS. They will always rule to advance their political ideology and suppress the "enemy" ideology. Why? BECAUSE THEY CAN. Judges are totally unaccountable to anyone and know it. They will flat out IGNORE evidence, IGNORE cited case precedent that is incontrovertable and undeniably controlling (such as SCOTUS case precedent). You will find in their rulings against you that they won't even address such citations by you, because they're not required to. They will act as if they don't even exist. This includes Appellate Court judges. Then when you petition for a rehearing en banc, they will refuse without needing to give any reason. That is to say, again, they needn't anknowledge any of your legal arguments, your cited case precedent, etc. So Supreme Court then? Forget that. They only take 1% of all petitions for writ of certiorari (requests for SCOTUS review).

If your politics are any flavor of pro-white (white nationalist, anti-immigration, etc.) you are a de facto enemy of the state b/c the United States was taken over by Jews, and you will be denied a fair hearing in the courts. Plan accordingly.

Yes, we're well aware of several judicial atrocities. But Jared Taylor prevailed when TN tried to stick the AMREN conference with security costs--Democrat judge--and SCOTUS ruled 9-0 for the NRA in VULO, with Ketanji Jackson (!) gratuitously observing that VDARE's 1A case against CO Springs was actually stronger, although we were denied Cert anyway.

Anyway, what else can we do? Letitia James is suing us, not the other way around. We have to make a legal defense.

Bingo. Case in point Letitia James was federally indicted for mortgage fraud so a US District Judge disqualifies Lindsay Halligan from being US Attorney for serving at that post too long without Senate approval, without prejudice, redering James' prosecution invalid. Then a federal grand jury declined to re-indict James.

Yes, there is no rule of law in Democrat-controlled jurisdictions. I know Scott Greer says Civil War is impossible, but whole areas of the country have already in effect seceded from Federal control.

And it doesn't require Democrat-controlled jurisdictions. When it comes to federal judges such as in District Courts or Circuit Courts (Court of Appeals), leftist cultural Marxist lawyers were appointed as judges throughout the entire country, and they don't even need something that rises to the level of conspiracy, i.e. a clandestine phone call telling them to take "special care" of your case. They already know their leftist "duty" and they will act on it because there's no accountability. They pay no penalty for judicial malfeasance. The whole judicial system is now a sham, a Potemkin village.

You and Scott are both right. Young people are not happy with the effete GOP. Even in red FL, the cases against Brennan and Comey have collapsed.

Pollster Richard Baris sees a blue wave coming this mid-term and wrote a book titled Burn It All Down regarding the uni-party. We must still "Wheel and Fight". You are unbreakable.

V-Dare was one of my favorite sites. James should hang for her actual crimes against America.

It's tough when VDare is still censored.
